Over 1000 women old and young from many different backgrounds came together at Exhibition park last night. As the sunset they celebrated international women’s day by walking and running 5k around the park. Exhibition Park This girl Can saw the ladies all glammed up with bright colours and accessories and face paints.

The event organised by This Girl Can Run was supported by the team at Wild Deer Events. It’s great working with the team at Wild Deer they have great experience in organising all kinds of running, cycling, swimming and multi sport events all over the North and Scotland. As the sun came down the event was started by members of the Ladies Newcastle United team.
